Welcome to the online College page for Hi Leaguers.  This page will allow you to apply for an undergraduate scholarship from First Covenant Church.  Read the instructions below and fill out the form if you would like to apply.  Applications are due by January 31, 2010.

First Covenant Church has always supported youth through generous outpourings of love and support, connecting our students with the larger church body.  Support has also come in the generous outpourings of resources to make available many opportunities for growth for all students.  This outpouring does not end when a student graduates from high school.

This year we are excited to announce an addition to our College gift program. Every student who applied in the Fall and received a College gift will also receive $250 to help with books and college expenses in February 2010. Any student who would did not apply in the Fall but would still like to receive the Spring College Gift may apply below. You are only required to apply one time per school year.

Gifts will be awarded based on availability of funds and one of these two criteria:

• History of involvement at First Covenant Church or its’ youth programs

or

• Membership by the student or their parents at First Covenant Church

The Board is also interested in knowing your plans, and in prayerfully supporting you.  The application includes questions about the following; (not as criteria for the scholarship)

• Your plans to pursue full-time Christian ministry as a career,
• Plans or history of college ministry involvement at school, and
• Your personal statement of faith and growth.
