Powderburn is a jam packed weekend of skiing and snowboarding, incredible worship, inspiring speakers, hundreds of high schoolers, all at a beautiful camp in Winter Park. It all goes down February 23-26. Be there!
Schedule and Info
Vans will leave from First Covenant at 6pm on Thursday, Feb 23 and return 12am on Sunday night. The cost will be $195 including lodging, food, transportation. Lift ticket for winter park are $36 and rentals are $19. You will be on your own for food on the road. This also includes a night stay at Super 8 in Ogallala on the way out.
Please bring appropriate warm clothing for the mountains, a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, snow clothes for skiing. You may want a sleeping bag for the motel stay in Ogallala, but not needed in Colorado. You will want a swim suit and towel and clothes for to play in the gym. Bring a Bible and pen and any other devotional materials you use. And of course pack the toiletries.
You can bring snacks to share in the vans if you want and you can bring extra money for souvenirs.
